Steve Irwin
[edit]LeSaint - I'm not sure about the Steve Irwin link. Sure, they both had jobs handling animals and they both died handling animals. But is that the only connection? I'm considering deleting the link. Roaming27 00:42, 3 December 2006 (UTC)

[edit]Controversy
"In the days following Ali Khan's death, recent speculation had emerged. There has been an ongoing debate questioning whether Mr. Khan truly can be a, "snake king" if he was killed by a snake."
Whoever wrote this, please provide your sources for this statement. Roaming27 02:03, 6 December 2006 (UTC)
Vandalism
This seemed like obvious vandalism to me.
Contest There will be a contest to determine who the next snake king is. The only requirement is that you have not previously been killed by a snakebite."
I don't know if there is a contest or not, but considering it was the same ip of an earlier vandal, I tend to think it's all untrue. Some person thinks they're a lot funnier than they are. Alex Brewer 01:19, 7 December 2006 (UTC)
Suspicious
"He failed to seek medical attention as he had already survived snake bite 99 times, and believed himself immune."
Yeah right, please provide your sources for this statement. Roaming27 06:37, 12 December 2006 (UTC)
Similar reputation/mention (unfortunately incident as well)
[edit]I recently saw a documentary on snake bites on people, focusing on cobra snake bites and about two individuals, namely David Wheathers and Boonreung Bauchan who were both in the field of "snake charming" -in search of a better wording. Unfortunately for one of them it was fatal mainly because he didn't seek help immediately and apparently that being his own decision. I am mentioning this as that second person -who was similarly known as the "Snake Man"- maybe deserves a page in here as well for getting into the occupation and having a similar reputation. I am not into article writing myself so if anyone cares to I just thought I let you know because I was looking about information on that person/case and instead I bumped into this page.Arheos 21:02, 14 January 2007 (UTC)
