Name and notability
[edit]From the article I understand the name is Ali EL-Maak and not Ali EL-Maak. So maybe the page needs to be moved. In neither case I found anything in Google. Tikiwont 16:58, 4 January 2007 (UTC)
- I've now moved the page, but the concern about notability remains. Is there at least one secondary source in English? Tikiwont 09:23, 5 January 2007 (UTC)
- According to his Arabic name, the English spelling should rather be Ali El-Mak. Anyway, I have started to clean this up and have just added the only reference I could find in English, although it is a rather skimpy site from Sudan. In any case, his notability in the context of Sudanese literature and literary scholarship is undoubtful, but I will have to look for reliable sources in English.
