Discrepancy In 2006 Results
[edit]Hello,
I looked over the 2006 results as one of the current GPC Leadership hopefuls, Sarah Gabrielle Baron, was mentioned as having run in this riding in 2006 as a Green (https://www.thestar.com/local-oshawa/news/federal-election/2021/09/09/meet-the-candidates-sarah-gabrielle-baron.html), but the name listed is "Stan Hutchinson." Also, source the links are both broken. I went to the EC website and looked up the voting results for this riding in 2006 and the name listed there is "Sarah Hutchinson" (https://www.elections.ca/Scripts/VIS/HistoricalResults/35002_e.html). I'm not sure what to make of this. Does anyone have any insights here? MPen92 (talk) 19:16, 5 July 2022 (UTC)
- Hello, looks like it was a typo. I've fixed it. Huthcinson is probably her married or maiden name. -- Earl Andrew - talk 20:00, 5 July 2022 (UTC)
