[edit]Can someone define the meaning of the word "stability" as used in the sentence, "The stability is comparable to steel and better than aluminium" found in the section on "Body and chassis?" — Preceding unsigned comment added by 96.254.7.230 (talk) 23:19, 7 September 2015 (UTC)
8C relation
[edit]Alfa 4C is not a successor to he 8C Competizione, directly nor indirectly. 8C is a V8 front engined, 2 seater, gran turismo, limited production. 4C is a carbon-tub mid engined 4 cyl 2 seater sports car, mass produced. No reltion. And 'indirectly' every car is related to every other car. Please don't change it again. YBSOne (talk) 12:00, 10 November 2015 (UTC)
- statements as: spiritual successor or 4c is half an 8c are not facts but misguided opinionsYBSOne (talk) 19:59, 1 December 2015 (UTC)
- I'm awaiting an official Alfa Romeo statement to the matter of Alfa 4C to 8C Competizione relation YBSOne (talk) 11:28, 2 December 2015 (UTC)
- Yet again. This time reply from Alfa Romeo: http://www.bozhdynsky.com/4c8c-unrelated/ They are not related. Not directly, not indirectly, not spiritually. let it go already. YBSOne (talk) 22:03, 3 December 2015 (UTC)

Please read this link to the official Alfa Romeo 4C Coupe & Spider Brochure before the editing. Thank you. 2602:306:831d:cb10:c558:81f6:8ddb:ba3b (talk) 22:10, 9 January 2016 (UTC) P.S.: The reason why because it also referenced the 8C Competizione.
- Link is unreadable and this material was already disprovenYBSOne (talk) 16:29, 29 January 2016 (UTC)
- I have read the brochure for 4C and 4C Spider and the only place where 8C is mentioned is on the 6th page saying that "Alfa Romeo produced 8C...". There is no connection between 4C and 8C in this brochure at allYBSOne (talk) 16:37, 29 January 2016 (UTC)
- Which brochure are you reading? The one I download is on the 5th page saying something different that what you have.2602:306:831d:cb10:c558:81f6:8ddb:ba3b (talk) 22:10, 9 January 2016 (UTC)

This brochure that You used as a citation, saying on the 5th page "2006 Alfa Romeo announces the production of the Alfa Romeo 8C Competizione, a limited-series, high-performance V8-powered coupe. Highly in demand for its remarkable styling and performance capabilities, only 500 models were produced and quickly sold, with just under 100 distributed in North America. Fans have been eagerly awaiting the return of Alfa Romeo ever since."
This is the only mention of Alfa 8C in the entire brochure, please enlighten me where is the factual information regarging relation of Alfa 8C Competizione to Alfa 4C? YBSOne (talk) 09:47, 2 February 2016 (UTC)- I recommend using Wikipedia:Third opinion to resolve this rather than going back and forth in the article. Bahooka (talk) 17:49, 28 July 2016 (UTC)
- There is no need for that, I have contacted Alfa Romeo in this matter and they replied that 8C and 4C are not related to each other. End of discusion. Please keep blocking vandalism in this matter.YBSOne (talk) 09:50, 29 July 2016 (UTC)

Weight
[edit]Road and Track weighed the USA spec, and came up with curb weights which could be added instead of dry weights. 2437-2456lbs were measured
