- If this guy was the director of police and held such high posts, he would be very notable, since he would in charge of rounding up dissidents in a police state in the 2nd most powerful country in the world
- More info needed all round
- Fair Use banner needs a specific rationale
- Footnotes need to be immediately after punctuation marks
- References need to be filled in properly
