Renaming and Moving Alexander Shumsky to Oleksandr Shumskyi
[edit]As the Topic Line suggests. The Title for Oleksandr Shumskyi's Wiki-page should utilize the Ukrainophone spelling, not the Russophone one. Taking into account the standards utilized for other Ukrainian Communist figures of the era, like fellow former Borotbists (Vasyl Ellan-Blakytnyi, Hryhorii Hrynko) and other assorted National Communists (Mykola Khvyliovyi, Mykhailo Volobuiev), the more "moderate" representative of the National Communist strain of thought (Mykola Skrypnyk) and even some Centralists like Volodymyr Zatonskyi.
