I don't know where the last updater found the news on the cancellation of this project. That does not appear to be true, as stated in the official web page and in many recent news, where is stated that the construction is on track. Why would the ACT government cancel a project which is 60% completed? TiagoPereira 06:18, 28 October 2007 (UTC)
