Possible marriage error
[edit]Both this article (Alexander Livingston, 3rd Earl of Callendar) and another (William Cochrane (MP)) claim that each of these subjects "married ... [secondly] Lady Isabel Ker (the widow of Robert Ker, 1st Earl of Roxburghe and fifth daughter of William Douglas, 7th Earl of Morton)". It seems highly unlikely that both men had the same woman as their second wife in short order, though it is not impossible (no dates for these marriages are provided).
