Lord Saltoun's Domestic Chaplain: Rev. Anthony Dalzell
[edit]An article in the "Cumberland Pacquet, and Ware's Whitehaven Advertiser", Monday 9th December 1822, states that "The Right Hon. Lord Saltoun has appointed the Rev.
