Controversy section
[edit]The controversy section is seriously misleading. It is suggested that the book in question is a pamphlet, written by an unknown person, and that Tijanić won a defamation lawsuit. In fact, 99% of the book are quotes from Tijanić's articles, portraying him in less than flattering way, and what Tijanić won is a copyright violation lawsuit. - You are absolutely right. Also, it does not seem appropriate to devote such a large part of the article to the 2005 book. The man's career spanned more than four decades and he was a highly controversial in his area most of that time, especially in the 1990s, but the biography simply ends with 1993. This should be expanded and more balanced. The other most famous feature of his career is his political U-turn from a prominent liberal columnist to a hardline conservative. This should also be better documented. Now that he died, we should have access to many sources summing up his career. I'll try to improve the article in the following days. Death
[edit]Nothing much on this I see. I only know from yesterday's newspapers, Tijanić nađen mrtav (Eng. found dead). Not sure what to add there. Zavtek (talk) 07:34, 30 October 2013 (UTC)
