Albina, Oregon vs. Albina District
[edit]@Osu.archivist.tem: Thank you for creating this article. I'm curious though, are you able to include any information about the boundaries of the current district, and, are they roughly the same as the boundaries of Albina, Oregon? I guess I'm wondering, do we really need both articles, and if so, can we discuss how the two articles should be different? ---Another Believer (Talk) 20:36, 6 February 2019 (UTC)
@Another Believer:I wondered the same thing - but I rationalized splitting them because the original Albina Oregon article focused on the city rather than this distinct district of neighborhoods in the larger Portland metro area? - @Osu.archivist.tem and Another Believer: I think the district has a more notable history than the pre-annexed city, so I think this deserves its own article. I am compelled to make a major expansion of this after finding some very good sources. --truflip99 (talk) 05:30, 2 July 2020 (UTC)

Albina District, Portland, Oregon → Albina, Portland, Oregon – "District" is not used as part of the formal name by a majority of sources. truflip99 (talk) 06:54, 30 July 2020 (UTC) —Relisting. Bingobro (Chat) 09:24, 6 August 2020 (UTC)
