would be nice to know what his current rank, Presbítero CF translates to.

According to the ranks section of the article on the Argentine Navy CF stands for Capitán de Fragata (Frigate Captain, roughly a Commander). Just from cognates and a fair knowledge of Spanish I would say that Presbítero indicates the Chaplaincy. (Please sign your posts.)
