POV
[edit]This article is far from neutral, with phrases such as The world-renowned arbitrator holds a Doctor of Laws from... and many others. Van den Berg's various websites are included in the text as hyperlinks, there is praise throughout, and the number of details is suspect. I wouldn't be surprised if his assistant had written most of this article. And, indeed, upon Googling their names, it turns out the two contributors who wrote the bulk of the article are Diogo Pereira (2,500 characters), who praises Van den Berg elsewhere, and Maria Athanasiou (11,000 characters), who currently works at Van den Berg's law firm in Brussels. List of arbitration cases
[edit]It seems to me that the list of arbitration cases in which Van den Berg has participated is not appropriate for a Wikipedia article and it certainly makes it difficult to read. I would suggest that this list should be removed, but I did not wish to take such a drastic step myself. I am raising the issue however. Ictinos4 (talk) 15:08, 29 August 2024 (UTC)
