Namesake to avoid confusion with
[edit]Not yet in English wikipedia is an article on a French soccer player also called Albert Courquin who has an article in French wikipedia. He was in the French national football team in the 1920s but had a much shorter life (from 1898 to 1940, when he died after being medically discharged from the French Army). It would be wise in the event of someone doing an article on the footballer in English that like the French counterpart the subject of this article is headed 'Albert Courquin (sports shooter)' while the other can of course be headed 'Albert Courquin (footballer)'.Cloptonson (talk) 10:21, 31 March 2022 (UTC)
