Backgammon Champion?
[edit]Does anyone have a good source to support the claim that Rosenberg was the New York backgammon champion in 1982? The source now points to a single line making that claim at IMDB, i.e., it doesn't strike me as very reliable. Also, according to a post by a professional backgammon player who was playing back then, Rosenberg's championship was in the Beginner division which probably does not merit mention in the article or at least needs to be qualified. That player did not follow up on my request for a source to his claim but it created sufficient doubt in my mind to question the claim currently in this article. SAG President
[edit]This article needs some discussion of his years as President of SAG, which were more consequential than his acting career or his career as a backgammon player--even if he had been world champion. I leave that task to someone with more knowledge on the subject than I have. --RootlessIrishman (talk) 22:23, 22 May 2024 (UTC)
