Good to know this article has finally been created - I submitted it for publication a few years ago but was told that Peart wasn't noteworthy enough. I've done a lot of research on Peart, have read his autobiography, and corresponded personally with him before his death.Newzild (talk) 08:54, 13 April 2021 (UTC)
- I think he is sufficiently notable but presently, the article needs work. Way too much intricate detail has been added, the number of planes he shot down doesn't warrant a table, and the tone is non-encyclopedic in many places. Zawed (talk) 09:02, 13 April 2021 (UTC)
- It also fails to mention his epic solo dogfight over Broadway against more than a dozen fighters. The number of planes he shot down mentioned in the article exceeds six. From his autobiography, it appears he shot down two Italians, two Germans and two Japanese.
