I’ve just spent a good while updating the article. I added previously omitted info about his political career, which is in itself substantial. Some may argue that this is undue, but it is far from it. He himself states that he was tirelessly committed to the SWP, for 25 years, and he was a full-time organiser for them. That takes up only a few lines of the article, so the rest of it could be said to be undue, relatively-speaking. Though of course having written so many books and been very highly thought of as a children’s author is no mean feat.
I do not know why his political career has up until now been completely overlooked. That it was does not speak well for Wikipedia.
His trilogy of adult novels written around the Russian Revolution needs to be added in - I’ll leave that to a.n.other if I may. The work I’ve done has taken a long time... Boscaswelltalk00:23, 21 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
