The contents of the Al Akins (halfback) page were merged into Al Akins on August 21, 2012. For the contribution history and old versions of the redirected page, please see its history; for the discussion at that location, see its talk page.

This is almost a no-brainer, but Al Akins (halfback) needs to be merged into Al Akins, because it's the same person. I confess this is my mistake -- I thought the two were separate people but have since learned that they're one and the same. See, for example, this article that connects Akins's coaching with his playing career.--Batard0 (talk) 11:11, 21 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks. Since this is a very obvious case of duplicated articles, I'm going to just do it since having an extended discussion probably is a waste of time.--Batard0 (talk) 13:48, 21 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]
