Looking through the ECJ documents, it says that Aivars Lembergs is a beneficial owner of Yelverton investments BV. This company detains a ~29% share in AS Ventbunkers.

Then there is also a separate Yelverton Investment BV. According to http://www.baltic-course.com/eng/energy/?doc=21778 . In 2009, they collectively owned 58% of Ventbunkers. Both Yelverton Investments BV and Yelverton Investment BV were 100% owned by Tomika International N.V. (sometimes spelled Tomica International N.V. by the same news source), Curaçao. Lembergs was reported to hold at least 50% ownership of Tomika International N.V., Curaçao, and probably substantially more.
