Black Power Peer Review
[edit]"However, the movement was criticized for alienating itself from the mainstream civil rights movement"
- In the lead section, maybe a bit of explanation can be added as to how or why there was a separation with the civil rights movement//
[edit] under variants there is an in depth explanation of this separation
Overall- - the structure is very clear, and it's great that the impact section is broken into so many different regions. - the content seems remain neutral, presenting the facts without opinion, or value judgements - a lot of the sources seem to be from universities or books which are pretty reliable - this article looks really good so far, the only place where I think more coulee be added is in "crticism", just because I know that a lot of (mostly white) people take the idea of black folks having power, as a threat to their "white power"
Etymology- - A portion could be added to explain when the raised fist began to be associated with "black power"
Criticism- -maybe there could be a little bit more criticism added, from other politicians or right wing folks, who feel threatened by "Black Power" — Preceding unsigned comment added by Ilazargham (talk • contribs) 20:06, 29 May 2018 (UTC)
