FloridaPanda, I assume you're referring to Adam Kinzinger, in this edit. He's in the U.S. House of Representatives, and has his own Wikipedia article, with several references which means he is notable per general guidelines. If you want his name removed from this list, you'd need to formulate some sort of argument as to why, and try to gain consensus. Thanks!
