Sky Marshal clause cut
[edit]"and allow flights to carry armed 'sky marshals'." Actually, Sky Marshals on US flights date back to the 1960s. There may well have been increased Sky Marshal presence since the attacks; but that aspect wasn't controversial. Jon 15:26, 7 June 2006 (UTC)
