Lifestyle Section
[edit]I get the sense that this section is slightly repetitive as it mentions multiple times how people should interpret the values and adjust their behaviour accordingly. I also made some grammatical fixes in the History section Jdk2018 (talk) 03:14, 27 January 2019 (UTC)
