Pointless Info

[edit]

Edited to reduce information not needed about the album. Perhaps put this ionformation in individual artist pages. To make things easier here is the deleted text to help re-insert somewhere it would be more helpful:

The album was released at a pivotal and transitional time for the band, as upon its release in December of 2004, it was already known that founding member Kaori Iida and another longtime member, Rika Ishikawa, would be leaving the group within three months of each other -- Iida to embark on a solo career and Ishikawa to concentrate on her new trio Viyuden.

Almost four months after the album's release, veteran member Mari Yaguchi, who had taken over Iida's leadership position in the band, suddenly resigned from the group after being photographed with a male aquaintance outside her home, feeling that she could not be an adult and still be part of the band. Ai No Dai 6 Kan would also end up being Yaguchi's last album with the group; Fortunately for fans, she will continue in music under the Hello! Project banner that houses Morning Musume and its many offshoots.

Two other popular long-time members of the band, Ai Kago and Nozomi Tsuji, had left the band earlier in the year to devote themselves to their duo W (Double You), but do appear (erroneously uncredited) on two songs released earlier in the year as singles.

I would hardly call this information pointless. It is there to set up the time in Morning Musume's history and is indeed directly related to the album and the making thereof. Cjmarsicano 22:06, 13 October 2005 (UTC)[reply]
I can agree with putting a lot of the information back in, but the information about Yaguchi leaving the group suddenly has nothing to do with the album in particular (because she left months after its released). I agree it should be noted that it is her final album though. And anyway, the stuff about her reason for leaving is covered in the groups page already.Sploggers 08:04, 14 October 2005 (UTC)[reply]
