Extend with the 1911 Encyclopædia Britannica text

The Encyclopædia Britannica Eleventh Edition entry, s:1911 Encyclopædia Britannica/Ahmed Vefik, contains a more detailed biography and, as it is public domain, could be merged into this article with the appropriate attribution. Care is needed however: the contemporary Encyclopædia Britannica and Berkes 1998 differ as to his date of birth and early life; presumably the 1911 entry is in error here.
