Muslim?

Is Ahmad or was he ever muslim? He's categorized under "American muslims" but the article discusses how he has accepted Christ as his savior. If he once was muslim, it's probably OK to leave him in that category (though I don't know the official policy), but the article never mentions whether or not he was, and I don't think his name is sufficient evidence. cmac 19:16, 26 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I have removed the banner placed on the article requesting references. It was rather distracting, and it would be more appropriate to use the {{fact}} tag for statements deemed suspect. --Aarktica 15:55, 23 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]
