person of importance? huh?
[edit]- Where a product in large quantities is advertised for in a newspaper or on a poster, it is generally regarded as an offer, however if the person who is to buy the advertised product is of importance, i.e. his personality etc, when buying e.g. land, it is merely an invitation to treat.
Is this sentence as muddled as I think it is? Does it mean "if it matters who buys" or what? —Tamfang (talk) 04:53, 2 April 2010 (UTC)

[edit]Any objection to moving to Agreement (English law), per the usual style of article titles? —Tamfang (talk) 21:48, 26 July 2010 (UTC)
