This article has developed significant issues with citation overkill and references that, themselves, contain strings of sources in a bullet point format. Much of the bullet point content in the references appears to constitute original research with a very heavy dependence upon case law (a primary source).
The net effect of the bullet pointed references is to render the reference section very difficult to parse and I suspect has the overall effect of obscuring the sourcing for the article rather than directing users to reliable sources cited in support of the article's content.
