How "ethnic group" is defined
[edit]however you may feel about this vaguely defined term, the United States Census Bureau refers to that as a "race" category. "Hispanics " are referred to as an "ethnic origin." When I think of an ethnic group, I don't think "black," "white," etc., I think ADOS (american descendents of slavery,) German, Kurdish, Scots-Irish, Cherokee and so on. 2603:6011:A400:259:15D3:72BC:33E2:ECCA (talk) 16:55, 20 March 2023 (UTC)
