Duplicated article/stub

Hello. I would like to inform that there is already another very complete wikipedia article about this person. It can be found at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Júlio_Afrânio_Peixoto So there are two issues. One is the links to this english wiki, which are pointing to this article, should be pointing to the link posted above. I tried to edit the "other languages" link but for some reason I wasn't allowed. The other issue is that I don't know how wikipedia works in enough details to fix the duplicate article situation.
