[edit]I enjoyed reading this article. I think you do a great job of highlighting both existing policies and solutions that have been proposed, and I learned a lot about those potential solutions. I also think that this article is split up into sections extremely well, which makes it very easy to read. A few things I would add are links to other articles, which can help with users who may be unfamiliar with some terms, as well as adding in illustrations (I'm thinking along the lines of maps of the US with median home price). Most importantly, your article could use a lead section that provides context for the article (like a worsening of affordable housing recently due to the pandemic) and a preview of what the remainder of the article talks about. Overall, it's a great article on a really important subject. Pouchwarm (talk) 18:52, 23 October 2023 (UTC)

[edit]You did a great job of providing a comprehensive and easy-to-follow overview of the definition of affordable housing in the US, historical policies and structures that have contributed to affordable housing availability, and solutions to increasing affordable housing for citizens. Your set of references is very robust and diverse and is incorporated well throughout the article. My main suggestions are to add a lead to provide a brief overview of the topic and to add more representation of specific studies/scholars to make certain claims more neutral. Good job!!Cd631874 (talk) 21:22, 23 October 2023 (UTC)
