[edit]From what basis is the advice of the prime minister of the UK to the queen more than simply "advice" - from what piece of legislation is it a binding instruction? Is it not just a matter of convention, and conventions can of course be broken. 82.10.108.49 (talk) 16:19, 15 December 2007 (UTC)
