I've added a paragraph on Adrien Sibomana's involvement in the movement of organic agriculture, which seems to focalize his energy at least since 2015. This is first hand information, as I met him during a training I gave on certification in 2015 and 2016. I don't have many more details, and those would be welcome if a contributor has them.
