I removed the rough translation tag. It is true-ish but the list that this tagging added the article to has never afaik seen a translation from Romanian so Romanian translators are unlikely to manifest. I could probably make it readable but is it worth the effort? Not according to the talk page. Meanwhile, nobody else should put any effort into it either without an affirmation that it isn't just going to be immediately deleted as non-notable.
