Page needed?
[edit]Like seriously, why does this guy have a page? He's only been in one season, and is far less significant like other characters who's been around the whole time. Arrow didn't even have much ratings by the time of season 5 so his cultural influence is tiny. Snowy66 (talk) 14:46, 23 April 2017 (UTC)
- This surprised me too, considering that series regular John Diggle doesn't yet have a wiki page, despite being in the series since episode 1. Perhaps this could be draftified. --Kailash29792 (talk) 15:04, 23 April 2017 (UTC)
- Good day to you, I have noticed your mention of a page for John Diggle, I couldn't agree less, it is safe to say my creation for Adrian Chase was a pet project, but I am willing to start work on an article for Diggle, but I will need to find a lot of casting sources etc. I would appreciate the help if it was offered. Have a great day.Fosterchild1995 (talk) 22:41, 23 April 2017 (UTC)
- Well if it's a pet project, next time can you please keep it on a sandbox before making it a real article. Years back Wikipedia was flooded to the brim with character articles, so the wikias were created to house that information, while most of the character pages were merged into Lists. Only the most significant of characters with cultural influences are allowed to retain pages. Barely anyone outside of the Arrow fanbase would have even heard of Arrow's Prometheus. I just can't understand why Adrian would get a page over Barry Allen. Snowy66 (talk) 03:04, 24 April 2017 (UTC)
- I felt that it was ready for the mainspace as I found as many sources as I could and wrote detailed information of what has occurred within Chase's character. As for the talks of John Diggle, I've started a draft which can be found here.Fosterchild1995 (talk) 16:19, 28 April 2017 (UTC)
- It's not about sources, it's about is the page necessary. If we made a page for every fictional character, Wikipedia would crash with data overload. For a character page to qualify, they generally need to have a significant cultural impact. I don't think Arrow's Adrian Chase is quite famous enough for that. I'll leave the decision on whether the page will stay or not to the mods. Snowy66 (talk) 15:52, 29 April 2017 (UTC)

I agree this page makes no sense. While he is a fantastic character, he will not be around much longer. Hello, I'm a Wikipedian! (talk) 02:41, 26 May 2017 (UTC)
