[edit]The lead states that the personality cult was reinforced to the public by the reporting of nazi victories economically and militarily.
"[..]and the rapid military defeat of the Second Polish Republic and the Third French Republic in the early part of the war, it eventually became a central aspect of the Nazi control over the German people. "
But I find the last 15 words confusing. Is it that AFTER the military defeat of the Polish and French republics that the cult become instrumental to the nazi government?
