Contested deletion

This page is not unambiguously promotional, it has been written objectively and with full permits from the artist in question. The information has been referenced, all links and footnotes added, there is no promotional material speaking of his accomplishments in a promotional way. If I am wrong in any way, please contact me and help me understand what exactly seems to be the problem in the article so it can be fixed. All the sources are referenced, links provided as well as the permit (although the permit can not be released publicly). Please, help me understand and teach me how to amend this.
