ANNUAL SPORTS DAY AT ADITYA BIRLA SCHOOL Rehla, 24 December, 2014:

The Second Annual Sports Day of the Aditya Birla Public School concluded here at the Ramlila Grounds of the ABCIL Campus, amid speculations as to whether Damodar House will win the coveted Cock House Trophy for the third year in a row, which it did. The Programme began with the four House Captains: Puja Pathak (Barakar), Deepak Tiwari (Damodar), Shweta Bharti (Koel) and Shraddha Shukla (Sone) marching to raise their House Colours. They were joined in this solemn ceremony by Shivam Kumar, the Head Boy and Neha Shukla, the Head Girl. Koel House took the 4 pound Tug o’ war cake by beating Sone in the final match.

The Athletics Champions were: Champion Athlete, Sub Junior Boys: KRISHNAKANT YADAV, Barakar Champion Athlete, Junior Boys: AMIR KHAN, Koel Champion Athlete, Senior Boys: RAHUL SHUKLA, Koel Champion Athlete, Sub Junior Girls: ARYA KUMARI, Damodar Champion Athlete, Junior Girls: PRAGYA SINGH, Sone Champion Athlete, Senior Girls: NEHA SHUKLA, Koel & UMA PANDEY, Damodar

Amir Khan (Koel) was declared Champion of Champions. The Sports Trophy was clinched by Koel House and the Cultural Trophy was won by Damodar House.

The Trophies were distributed by Smt Shakuntala B Dixit, President, Mahila Mandal after an impressive March Past by Houses and Beating the Retreat. The winning Houses were:
