Separation Defeats the Purpose of Disambiguation

Separating the lists of Ademar and Adhemar defeats the purpose of disambiguation page... Depending upon the culture and language, the spelling of the same person can take more than one form. By separating the disambiguation pages to require precise spelling, you lose the ability to locate someone which by design, defeats the objective of disambiguation... The old article was incomprehensible and very dated, I can't make sense of it.

The main 2 names that would need disambiguation lists would be Adhemar and Ademar, the intro paragraph is junk.
