[edit]Adamant really deserves its own separate entry from Calais.
The main reason is that the village, though technically solely located with Calais, is really in essence defined not by borders but by topography, which would place Adamant also in the town of East Montpelier.
That and it has it's own post office, zip code and entry in State maps whereas other villages do not - Maple Corner, Kent's Coner, etc.
Plus, having been raised there almost my entire life and will eventually move back, I don't consider myself so much from the towns as I do from Adamant. I think most in-village locals would agree. We may go to school in the town, but we all come home to the village.
