In my opinion, this article either lacks sufficient Attribution that it satisfies the Notability criteria for Biographies, or it may violate the Conflict of interest guideline, or perhaps it is a Copyright violation.

Wikipedia articles must be based on reliable sources to verify any claims of notability. Even though the lack of reliable source attribution in an article is not grounds for deletion in itself, an article with absolutely no sources (or only external links to unreliable ones) suggests to some editors that multiple reliable sources may not, in fact, exist.

Although I am considering tagging this article for deletion according to the Deletion policy, perhaps User:Footballgy (talk · contribs), or other recent contributors to this article, will make some constructive improvements to it ... I do not have time to examine this article in depth at the moment, and it may improve over time, in which case this warning was premature.

Too be quite truthful, I have no idea. what the problem is with the article. The player is or was a professional footballer, who played in a professional league. The information in there was not offensive. If this is down to the text ,claiming that he is one of Grimsby and Lincolns worst ever players, this is well thought off amongst the clubs supporters, and is not meant to malicous. Such articles that state "bad players" is Mickael Antoine-Curier this article states he is thought of as one of Grimsby's worst ever players, and that is left unchallenged. The article in my eyes is an honest non offensive, and as detailed as you can get article with no POV included. So I therefore protest there is is any problem. --Footballgy (talk) 23:08, 7 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
