Can anyone else add in the article that the best seller book of Marmaduke is about this chapter

Is this surah the second one revealed to the Prophet (pbuh)?

I have seen many sources that say that this was not the second surah revealed to the Prophet (pbuh). This page says that it was the second surah revealed to him and came to him after a long period of time without revelation from Allah. A few sources that contradict this page:
