Blue border?

The text says:

"The soft body is smooth and bright red with a fine blue border at the foot base. This characteristic blue border is a distinctive point to make the difference with Actinia equina"

However, if I go to Wikimedia Commons, Actinia equina photos show this trait. The linked French source also points to Actinia equina with a photo showing a blue border. What is correct?
