The Great Ejection
[edit]As of today, Wikipedia has no separate article with the title Great Ejection, which might be considered a serious omission by some users. No serious study of the Puritans would fail to mention this phrase. Likewise, historians of the Unitarians also refer to the Great Ejection as the event that led to their birth in England. The question to decide is whether a separate page should be started, or merely one containing a redirect to Act of Uniformity 1662. What do others think ? DFH 20:40, 15 July 2006 (UTC)
- It would also make sense to create a new Wikipedia category for the ministers who were ejected because of the Act of Uniformity 1662. DFH 21:05, 15 July 2006 (UTC)
- Over a year later, the article remain a one sentence stub. I will merge with Puritan. -- SECisek 21:18, 16 August 2007 (UTC)
