Y'all need to read the fine print
[edit]People, Acme is still a division of Albertsons. Albertsons was sold to Supervalu, and Acme with it; Albertsons did not sell Acme to Supervalu.
Rival Stores
[edit]I removed the section on Rival stores. All it was was a list of logos and pictures of other stores that operate in the tri-state area. I couldn't do a simple "undo", because the person who put it up did it over some six updates. The rationale is that if your article is about Acme Markets, you don't want to distract the reader away from that subject. From that standpoint, the logos and photos are entirely unnessary. If you do wish to include a listing of competitors in the area, perhaps a bullet list under "current operations" would be most appropriate. Pob lwc! Bowie60 (talk) 15:23, 5 September 2008 (UTC)
