Pulled three English sources that confirm existence and location but don't do much for notability:

Seoul : a Field Guide to History by Han'guk Munhwa Yusan Tapsahoe

Korea: Korean Cultural Insights by John H T Harvey; Kukche Kwan'gwang Kongsa.; et al

The soul of Seoul : photo collection by Sang-su Yi

Alright found one that's substantial, at least:
