Academy Rd. Inaccuracies
[edit]Updated to correct historical inaccuracy and add additional information. Academy Road was never named Broadway, and Broadway predates Academy Road by many, many, years. The streetcar that serviced Academy Road was called the "Broadway" car into the 1930s, because it ran along Broadway to Sherbrook Street and then down to the Maryland Bridge. The Street is named after St.Mary's Academy.--207.161.47.175 01:52, 26 May 2006 (UTC)
