Who was Akademos? Compared to the fact of how great influence akademia has on modern society it is problematic that the tale of Akademos appears lost from knowledge. Especially with the increasing influence of narrative methods and approaches in the scientific fields, as seen in the arts and in the social sciences. I have no prior knowledge but in a quick bit of research, I found one site saying he was from Attic. Another site (http://www.everything2.com/index.pl?node_id=676505) gave more info but still not enough to expand the article by more than a sentance or 2.Sir Akroy 13:51, 13 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]
