==Notes on Assessment== I assessed this article as being a start class article and one of low importance, as described by today's Biography portal's guidelines. I came to the conlcusion that the subject, although he could be said to be notable in his field, isn't "important" in his discipline. I further concluded that the article was too short to be considered a stub; although it meets few, if any of the criteria to be a start article.
