19,400kg per lactation? Is this for the sum of the herd, or is it using the French/Continental/whatever style notation (e.g. = 19.4kg?) If so, perhaps ambiguity ought to be avoided somehow -- state it using the number instead of numerals? (E.g. Nineteen kilograms or something). Just my 2 cents... Zelse81 23:46, 26 February 2007 (UTC)
'Typical milk production is 5700 kg per lactation'?? That's about 6 tonnes of milk. Surely this is meant to be '5700 g', or more clearly stated as 5.7 kg per lactation (of a single cow?) — Preceding unsigned comment added by Boy.bowen (talk • contribs) 23:25, 25 March 2016 (UTC)
